What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Senior Media Buyer. The primary role of the Senior Media Buyer is to manage the day-to-day optimization of our digital advertising campaigns across our brands.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own accountability and process for currently active and future media buys, leading aggressive paid media efforts across strategy and execution.
  • Create and implement digital media buying strategies aimed at increasing website traffic, generating leads, and driving sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance, adjust budget allocations, and optimize bidding strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners to enhance campaign effectiveness and leverage new opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital media buying.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates across various platforms.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate media buys to ensure cost efficiency and optimal ad placement.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights for stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign result reports for executives, aligning performance with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that media strategies align with broader marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Leverage proven ads from optimization tools and introduce them into active campaigns for improved performance.
  • Manage digital media buying on major display, search, and social networks to drive traffic to owned and operated mobile applications.
  • Perform market research to identify new marketplace opportunities, refine media buying strategies, and enhance marketing pitches for new products.
  • Continuously analyze and review campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in media buying and digital advertising.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to increase revenue and grow campaigns, in addition to inspiring and motivating one’s team.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with digital measurements systems and methodologies.
  • Good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate across the entire organization.
  • Passionate individual willing to immerse him/herself in their work.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, management, and time management skills with the ability to effectively set priorities.
  • Track record of building and maintaining client and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, listening, and presentation.
