Senior LAN Administrator

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and to identify suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.
Role Responsibilities
• Participate in improvement actions for the infrastructure
• Execute configuration changes in operating systems and applications according to corporate guidelines and ITIL best practices.
• Document system configuration changes. Maintain documentation up to date of the platforms in charge, including the inventory of computer resources.
• Contribute to the maintenance and management of the production environment.
• Monitoring platforms and servers.
• Scripting
• Management of assigned projects, considering their follow-up according to the organization's standards, their implementation and correct transition to the operation.
• Corporate standards follow up.
• Part of the work will be related to coordinate actions with different service providers.
Role Requirements
• 3+ years in this role in corporate environments.
• DevOps and ITIL practices experience.
• Ability to solve problems, work organization and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments / responsibilities.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and with simultaneous tasks.
• Teamwork and service oriented.
• Systems knowledge: Linux Red Hat Operating System,Windows Server Operating System, Scripting (Power Shell, sh, Phyton), VMWare / Veeam, Kubernetes, Nexus (Docker Images) - GitHub, Prometheus. Grafana. ELK, Dynatrace. Configuration and Provisioning – Ansible / Terraform. Task Engines - AWX / RunDeck.
