Description
The Role
- Conduct commercial meetings and visits with insurance companies to maintain the existing portfolio and explore new business opportunities
- Participate in internal and external commercial strategy meetings involving clients, third parties, etc.
- Develop new insurance markets for the Motor Line of Business (LOB)
- Design and market new products tailored to opportunities within Corporate, Commercial, and Affinity segments
- Oversee quotation processes for new accounts and renewals of existing ones
- Negotiate insurance slip terms and conditions with insurers in line with the insured parties’ instructions and needs
- Manage endorsements, new policy issuance, cancellations, modifications, and respond to technical inquiries
- Design insurance programs, define product offerings and rates, build facilities and pre-underwritten schemes
- Analyze and compare all conditions issued by insurers and negotiate to unify them
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Degree or current student in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the Motor insurance market
- Intermediate English proficiency required (not mandatory)
