We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with Strong English Skills (level B2-C1).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and tools using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance optimization.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years specifically in Salesforce development.
- Strong command of Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other core Salesforce tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and data modeling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English proficiency (B2–C1 level) – must be comfortable participating in meetings and writing technical documentation in English.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
