Retail Outreach Specialist
Summary
Coordinate and execute email communications that nurture existing retail partners and open doors with prospective accounts. This role ensures every retail contact receives timely follow-ups, clear product information, and helpful answers—fueling revenue growth and stronger relationships.
Job Duties
- Send periodic follow-up emails to current retail accounts to confirm orders, answer questions, and surface reorder opportunities.
- Send cold-outreach emails that introduce our products, offer value props, and request discovery calls.
- Track replies, and conversions in the CRM; update account notes and next-step tasks promptly.
- Collaborate with sales team to refine messaging, share feedback, and adjust targeting criteria.
- Generate weekly summary reports on outreach volume, engagement metrics, and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B email outreach or inside-sales experience.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft programs.
- Strong written communication skills—concise, persuasive, and error-free.
- Solid research abilities to identify and qualify target retailers efficiently.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or a related field.

Pay: $1,250,000.00 - $1,260,000.00 per month
