Resource Management Analyst

Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to manage the project. The client is META PLATFORMS, INC., a company that specializes in social media and technology services, providing platforms for communication and connection among users worldwide.

Responsibilities: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Expert proficiency in Risk Management is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Scope Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is suggested.
