Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, online media environment, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in creating programs and implementation plans to enhance performance.
  • Experience in consulting and project management.
  • Knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions.
  • Ability to build client relationships and utilize a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work within global and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the product strategies for the regional clients, ensuring their business and marketing objectives are met.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Specialists, and Agency Teams to get product opportunities and achieve goals with clients.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of campaigns across all Google Ads Solutions and Platforms ensuring the performance meets customers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain relationship with the client and understand the customers business objectives and issues.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement and measure product performance projects across the region, and identify future opportunities.
