Job Description & Summary

In financial operations at PwC, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations. You will handle tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.

The review of information and trends to maintain comprehensive process documentation, and to develop clear and detailed process maps based on business requirements.

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

Show proven experience in documenting processes, workflows, and controls for business use in Quality and Process Excellence. A willingness to collaborate on global transformation projects is essential within the Smart Process Center team supporting AC Strategy and PwC Acceleration Centers. Key PwC Professional skills and responsibilities at this management level include:

  • Skilled in Process Mapping, Business Process Reengineering;
  • Proficient with process mapping tools (Visio and Lucidchart);
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean and Kaizen;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel);
  • Possess the skill of being a good listener;
  • Confidence to lead team meetings and obtain business requirements;
  • Good writing skills to develop clear and detailed process maps based on a business;
  • Ability to identify risks and escalate inconsistencies in a process and alert a manager;
  • Acting to resolve issues which prevent the team from working effectively;
  • Possess the ability to use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder; views to develop solutions and recommendations;
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and positive outcomes for all parties;
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points;
  • Create and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables;
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate with multiple teams;
  • Demonstrate strong team dynamics and understand team roles and responsibilities;
  • Foster a positive work environment, engage in team bonding, and proactively seek guidance and feedback;
  • Collaborate with program counterparts in other AC offices to share ongoing status updates, lessons learned and best practices;
  • Evaluate current business operations and identification of solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence.
