Planning Intern, your new opportunitty?
As a Planning Intern you will perform task from Planning in a timely and accurate manner, following defined standard operating procedures and contribute to the achievement of Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Builds relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal peers through communication tools.
- Daily operations in the Planning area:
- For Givaudan affilliate's buys:
- Understand Incoterm impact and partners for follow-up.
- Perform SLOB process
- Perform new business checks and identify materials risk
- Collaborate in Lead time analysis
- Adherence to service level.
- Adherence to procedures.
- KPIs update and development.
You?
- Diploma: In progress a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Professional experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in Planning
- Advanced English
- Portuguese is desired
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or equivalent tools
