What you will do
- Partner payments: verify student data, track payments.
- Partner refunds: validate amounts, communicate with partners, update dashboards.
- Cross-team support: coordinate with Support, Retention, and Success teams on documents, payment issues, etc.
- Payment case resolution: send links, adjust schedules, handle transfers and tech issues (with Guidance, Sales, Dev).
- Promo campaigns: creation, tracking, support for Marketing.
- B2B ops: prepare and manage proposals, pre-invoices, and invoices.
- Tech support (platform & payments): manage customer accounts, control access.
Requirements
- Has perfect communication and interpersonal skills to interact inside our little team and our big team.
- Quickly adapts and acts in conditions of partial uncertainty.
- Perfectly orients in large amounts of information and can independently get to the bottom of the matter.
- Can organize themselves, everyone and everything around.
- Always looks for ways to improve everything around them, is proactive.
- Knows how to set tasks and control their implementation.
- Is familiar with Notion, Jira, Slack, or similar tools.
- Is ready to do routine work, and got mindfulness, accuracy, and meticulousness to do it well.
Hard Skills:
- Working experience in IT from 1 year.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Is fluent in Spanish.
- Advanced level of Excel.
- Working experience with billing & invoicing systems would be an advantage.
- Working experience with HelpDesk would be an advantage.
