Pasantía en Customer Service
Principales responsabilidades:
- Carga de devoluciones de droguerías para aprobación, retiro y seguimiento.
- Gestión de proceso de decomiso de mercadería.
- Bajada y envío de créditos/facturas solicitadas por vendedores/clientes.
- Recepción de facturas de Servicios y envío para aprobación/generación de pagos.
- Generación de Ordenes de Pago.
- Mantenimiento de Conciliador de Precios en nuestra plataforma.
- Reportes generales del área de Customer Service.
¿Por qué TÚ?
Tus calificaciones requeridas:
- Formación: Estudiante universitario de Ciencias de la Administración/Económicas y/o Ingeniería.
- Fecha estimada de graduación (deseable): Julio/Diciembre 2027.
- Conocimiento herramientas Microsoft Office intermedio (principalmente Excel).
- Nivel de inglés intermedio (B1/B2) .
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes 4 hs. diarias en turno mañana (9hs a 13hs) en esquema híbrido (lunes y miércoles presencial preferentemente) en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Será un plus:
- Contar con experiencia en PowerBI, data analytics/modelado de datos.
