JOB DESCRIPTION
Merchandiser – Hogar y Obra – Rosario Santa Fe
Buscamos un profesional que cuente con al menos 2 años de experiencia comercial en compañías industriales o de consumo masivo.
Será responsable por colaborar con nuestros clientes situando nuestros productos en lugares estratégicos, mejorando la presentación, utilizando el material POP, capacitando a los vendedores de mostrador de nuestros clientes, ejecutando programas de fidelización en el punto de venta, conociendo a la competencia y compartiendo información con el Vendedor del territorio y con el equipo de Marketing.
Principales Tareas:
ü Mantener el stock de productos en las estanterías.
ü Desarrollar acciones de promoción comercial en clientes.
ü Incrementar las ventas con acciones promocionales.
ü Colocar nuevos exhibidores, punteras, etc.
ü Conocer el mercado y desarrollarlo
ü Brindar servicio y asesoramiento en productos a los clientes
ü Colaborar en la búsqueda y apertura de nuevos clientes.
Es excluyente contar con contar con registro de conducir al día.
Serán competencias clave para la posición la orientación al resultado, la orientación al cliente y la capacidad para gestionar de manera autónoma velando por la dinámica y bienestar del equipo.
