Essential Functions
- Client Engagement: Owns client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality delivery.
- Revenue Generation: Meets/exceeds revenue targets by delivering value-added solutions.
- Business Development: Identifies new revenue opportunities and ensures continuous business flow.
- Proposal Development: Leads proposal creation to provide actionable and timely solutions.
- Project Management: Manages client interface and project delivery.
- Consultative Expertise: Applies problem-solving skills as a solutions-based expert.
- Industry Insight: Identifies key industry issues and develops commercial offerings.
- Market Awareness: Enhances company visibility through engagements and publications.
- Professional Development: Strengthens expertise through continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Mentorship: Mentors and coaches others to elevate capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Experience: Around 10 years in life sciences or management consulting.
- Client Relationships: Strong relationships with senior-level clients.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge in at least one CoE area and broad industry knowledge.
- Business Development: Exemplary skills in business development.
- Consulting Knowledge: Understanding of consulting methods and tools.
