We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau Visualization to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Create and implement advanced Tableau dashboards to effectively present data insights
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis by writing and executing complex SQL queries to uncover key trends
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, address challenges, and recommend tailored solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all analysis and reporting
- Identify areas for improvement in data visualization workflows and processes
- Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on best practices for Tableau
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Proven experience using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server in production environments
- Expertise in SQL for analyzing and querying large, complex datasets
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Python for data transformation and manipulation
- Advanced skills in designing and developing Tableau dashboards and visualizations
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Practical experience using Spark for advanced data processing
- Production experience with Presto as a query engine
