We are looking for an experienced Lead Automation Tester to join our team and shape the testing strategy for a cutting-edge digital wallet platform developed using Kotlin Multiplatform (Compose Multiplatform).
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the platform's quality and reliability by creating and implementing advanced automation solutions across mobile, backend, and web admin layers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust automation testing strategy for all platform layers, including mobile, backend, and web admin
- Assess, choose, and integrate testing frameworks such as KMP Test, Appium, Espresso, and REST Assured
- Build and maintain functional, integration, performance, and security test suites to ensure broad test coverage
- Work with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment workflows
- Review technical and functional requirements during early development stages to ensure features are testable
- Define test coverage targets and track quality metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness
- Provide knowledge sharing and training sessions to the team to promote best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing for mobile and backend systems
- At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing development teams
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement test automation frameworks from scratch
- Skilled in mobile testing tools such as Appium, Espresso, or KMP Test
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and automated workflows
- Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Compose Multiplatform
- Knowledge of Backend For Frontend (BFF) architecture, particularly using Java
- Prior experience with Salesforce for admin and back-office functionalities
- Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing platforms like Firebase Test Lab or Bitrise
