We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to join our team in LATAM.
As a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes environment planning, installation, configuration, support, patching, migrations, and performance tuning of PeopleSoft applications. As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from solution architects and leads on technical activities.

- Participate in technical planning & environment setup phases including architecture and deployment strategies.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch PeopleSoft environments (PeopleTools, PUM, DPK).
- Administer Application Servers, Web Servers, Process Schedulers, and Integration Broker.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
- Ensure that industry best practices are followed for PeopleSoft administration and system security.
- Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams.
- Document procedures, configurations, and environment changes.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Strong background in PeopleTools 8.5x, PUM, DPK, and patch management.
- Experience supporting HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
- Experience with Oracle Database and middleware technologies (WebLogic, Tuxedo).
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments (Shell scripting is a plus).
- Solid experience in system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency is required (spoken and written).
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent required; advanced degree a plus.
- Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.
