About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This
role is ideal for students or recent graduates in Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or
MBA programs who are eager to develop both technical and functional project coordination skills in a fastpaced,
tech-driven environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ongoing or completed degree in Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or MBA.
- English proficiency at B2 level (C1 preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support teams in EST or CST time zones.
- Basic understanding of IT and technical concepts.
Project Activities
- Support Project Coordination: Assist in various aspects of project management, including task
tracking, follow-up, meeting coordination, and documentation. You'll learn and apply foundational
project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. - Develop Data Expertise: Dive into data analytics, learning to use SQL for scripting and analysis, create
impactful dashboards and reports, and leverage Google Workspace tools. - Embrace Innovation: Explore and utilize cutting-edge tools like Google AppScripts, Google AI Studio,
and Gemini to enhance processes and insights. - Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with team members, demonstrating effective
communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technical Skills to Develop
- SQL scripting and data analysis
- Dashboard and reporting creation based on key metrics
- Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Google Apps Script for automation
- Google AI Studio and Gemini for AI-driven solutions
Functional Skills to Develop
Project Coordination
- Understanding of project life cycle, scope, scheduling, and budgeting
- Task tracking and follow-up
- Risk and issue logging
- Meeting coordination and minute-taking
- Project documentation and reporting
- Exposure to project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
Project Methodologies
