Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a Marketing Execution Specialist to join our team, supporting demand generation activities for events and digital email campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless localization, processing, and delivery of assets such as banners, newsletters, and event invitations across multiple regions and languages. If you thrive in a support-focused role, have strong language skills in English and Portuguese and enjoy working with marketing systems and processes, this position is perfect for you!
What you’ll do:
- Support the execution of demand generation activities for events (the team’s largest focus) and digital email campaigns.
- Process localized assets such as event invitations, banners, and newsletters, ensuring quality across different languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French).
- Manage translations and adaptations of marketing materials for diverse audiences across the Americas region.
- Load campaign details into marketing systems, coordinating workflows between teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide operational support for high-profile Microsoft events, such as workshops for CEOs, executive meetings, and product solution showcases (e.g., AI and Teams solutions).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing assets meet local requirements and are delivered on time.
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
What you’ll need:
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of traditional digital marketing concepts, including banners, newsletters, and email campaigns (experience with social media is not required).
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure flawless execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with culturally diverse teams across multiple regions.
- Experience with event-related marketing processes is a plus but not mandatory.
