Human Capital Manager – Natural Resources Segment

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires office.

What the day will look like
- Lead the Human Capital business portfolio for clients in the Natural Resources sector, with full responsibility for business development, budget management, and client relationships.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing and potential clients, driving growth across ART, Life, Benefits, and Health insurance solutions.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions and proactive support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to deliver integrated Human Capital services.
- Monitor and manage the business unit’s financial performance, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of customer focus and commercial excellence.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in the insurance industry (ART, Life, Benefits, Health), ideally within a broker or insurance company.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a track record of business development and client management.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward commercial objectives.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Office tools.
