What are we looking for?
We are looking a Executive, Procurement and Facility Management to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our company operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage everything from daily purchasing needs to overseeing the maintenance and safety of our workspaces.
What are we expecting from this role?
Procurement
- Communicating with suppliers, gathering quotes, and comparing prices.
- Helping to plan procurement operations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensuring all purchasing follows company policies and compliance standards.
- Monitoring purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with our suppliers.
Facilities Management
- Coordinating with landlords on lease agreements and other property-related matters.
- Supervising facility services like cleaning and security, and ensuring vendors are performing well.
- Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Helping to coordinate emergency plans and drills.
- Maintaining and updating asset registers and property-related records.
- Supporting our sustainability efforts by participating in energy-saving and waste reduction initiatives.
