Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Execution Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in marketing campaign execution, project management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between Microsoft internal stakeholders, global service delivery teams, and third-party agencies.
What you’ll do:

Activities Planning & Set-up: Translate Microsoft’s marketing objectives into demand generation plans, Implement governance principles in planning, setup, and measurement of demand generation activities. Apply targeting criteria and leverage pre-defined target lists. Align projects and timelines in collaboration with the Project Execution Lead (PEL).

Execution & Project Management: Serve as the last-mile execution specialist, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of all activities.Troubleshoot issues during the execution phase, making real-time adjustments to keep projects on track. Review and refine localized activity copy to ensure consistency and quality.

Data & Insights: Collect, interpret, and report on campaign results, providing actionable recommendations to Microsoft stakeholders. Ensure proper registration of all business leads. Evaluate customer journey data flows using marketing dashboards to improve campaign performance.

Subject Matter Expertise & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the PEL to refine execution processes, KPIs, and deployment of tools and services. Act as an advisor on commercial marketing tools and services, offering expertise to stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in marketing execution, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, engines, and campaign management platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the commercial marketing landscape, with a focus on business customers.
