Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as English, and soft skills such as communication, tools to achieve a good work-study balance, among others. In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company. At the same time they will join different teams of the organization inside Human Resources or related areas.
The proposal is open to students from all universities and careers, who are finishing their degree (12 to 18 months to graduate), and with an advanced level of English, with no previous full time experience (previous experience as Intern is a plus). We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.

What do we ask for this position?
These opportunities are for University students from Human Resources/Communicaton/Industrial Engineer or related careers, looking to gain an insight into our firm and industry prior to finishing school.
Advanced English.
Strong analytic mindset and data driven, with knowledge of data system and workflow automation tools.
Program length: 18 months maximum.
Workload: 19 hours per week available.
