We are a U.S.-based company specializing in providing innovative software solutions and call center services to Public Housing Authorities across the country.
As a Customer Service Representative on our remote team, you will assist individuals applying for or receiving housing support. Your role will involve answering calls and providing helpful information to ensure that clients receive the assistance they need.
Requirements:
- Advanced English and Spanish (C1/C2 level)
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
- Available to work 1 PM – 12 AM EST
- Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Performance Goals:
- 7 calls/hour during the training period
- 10+ calls/hour after training
- Bonuses for maintaining 11+ calls/hour with quality standards
Compensation:
- $5 USD/hour, with $4 USD/hour during the training period
- Full-time: $800/month
- Part-time: $400/month
- Paid training
