Coordinación de planeamiento financiero orientado a liderar procesos de proyección de resultados de corto y mediano plazo para la toma de decisiones, asà como al análisis de resultados y el acompañamiento financiero a áreas de negocio, potenciando su equipo de trabajo.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Responsabilidades claves:

• Gestión y Liderazgo de Equipo: Liderar y motivar un equipo de alto rendimiento, promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo y orientado a resultados.
• Liderazgo en Budget y Planeamiento a Largo Plazo: Encabezar el proceso de presupuestación y planificación estratégica a largo plazo, alineando las metas financieras con la visión global del negocio.
• Liderar el Proceso de Forecast: Conducir el proceso de previsión financiera, anticipando tendencias y ajustando estrategias para maximizar el rendimiento.
• Responsable de P&L y FCF: Supervisar y optimizar el P&L y el Free Cash Flow, asegurando una gestión financiera eficiente y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
• Análisis de Business Case: Evaluar y desarrollar casos de negocio que respalden la toma de decisiones estratégicas, basados en un análisis profundo y cuantitativo.
• Gestión de Performance Mensual: Monitorear el desempeño mensual, identificando áreas de mejora y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros.
• Presentación de Resultados a Nivel Ejecutivo: Presentar informes financieros y proyecciones a los consejos locales y regionales, proporcionando insights accionables.
• Business Partner para Ã�reas de Negocio y Soporte: Colaborar estrechamente con áreas de negocio y soporte, ofreciendo asesoramiento financiero y estratégico para impulsar el crecimiento.
• Innovación en Finanzas: Liderar iniciativas de automatización de procesos y la integración de herramientas de datos e inteligencia artificial, optimizando la eficiencia operativa.
