What you'll do
- You will be responsible for managing the brand communication for our clients across various Social Media channels, acting as the voice of the brands you manage.
- You’ll shape the tone of communication for the brands, extending creative content into community management.
- You’ll identify and create opportunities for brand communication and engage the target audience with the appropriate tone.
- You’ll deliver community insights and collaborate closely with other teams like Account Management, Concept, Social Media Analysts, and Creative, while also coordinating directly with clients when necessary.
- For critical issues within your communities, you’ll advise our clients on crisis management.
- You’ll contribute creatively to creating timely content.
- You’ll mainly work in Social Media monitoring, closely collaborating with our working students and coordinating their tasks.

- You’re strong in communication and argumentation.
- You have a good feeling for language and can hit the right tone for the target audience.
- You speak fluent English.
