Summary of Position
As a Client Solutions Senior Associate, your role is focused on end-to-end solution delivery for client needs throughout the client lifecycle, including client onboarding and managing client change requests. Acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, you will analyze and interpret client needs, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless execution, aligned with contractual and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Requirement Analysis, Interpretation, and Validation:
- Assist in analyzing, interpreting, and validating client requirements to support solution delivery and operational changes throughout the client lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate diverse client needs with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and successful execution, with the ability to explain technical concepts confidently to non-technical audiences.

Project Managment, Accountability, and Change Management:
- Lead and/or support on the execution of multiple client projects, including discovery, analysis, solution planning and delivery with executive read outs and reporting throughout lifecycle of a project.
- Coordinate, and track day-to-day project activities to ensure timely, high-quality execution accross cross-functional teams and alignment with goals and policies.
- Lead meetings and communications with clients and internal partner teams, clearly presenting updates, decisions and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with, and/or delegate tasks to downstream functional teams, ensuring accountability and progress toward project milestones.
- Create and manage customer-specific documentation, including process artifacts.
- Use KPIs and performance metrics to drive prioritization and decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support projects for improving the client lifecycle to achieve scalability and automation.

Qualifications Expected for Position
- 3+ years of professional and client-facing experience and/or project management experience .
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant experience
- Demonstrated project management skills, with a proven ability to multitask projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders, with proven experience working in an English-based multicultural setting and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A metrics-driven approach, with the ability to set and track individual project metrics that are linked to company and team goals
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Qualifications Preferred for Position
- Experience within the healthcare, health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or health systems
- Official PMP Certification
- Multi-lingual is a plus
