We are looking for a BI Lead Analyst to design, develop, and deliver business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. The role involves working with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to translate business requirements into scalable and insightful BI solutions. Candidates with an understanding of AI capabilities in BI tools will have a strong advantage. The position is open to candidates across LATAM, with the option to work remotely or from our offices in Montevideo or Bogotá.
Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Develop wireframes, dashboards, and visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making.
Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and solution sustainability.
Lead solution design sessions and propose innovative approaches to BI challenges.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance in BI reporting environments.
Explore and implement AI-powered features in BI tools to enhance insights and automation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
Proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, and ETL processes.
Experience in solution design, documentation, and BI best practices.
Ability to create wireframes and translate business requirements into BI deliverables.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with AI-enabled features in BI tools is a plus.
Snowflake experience is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal English is required for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
How much experience must I have?
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with proven expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
