Responsible for overseeing the business and financial operations of all the unit. To measure, comunicate, manage and improve performance to facilitate decision-making. Closely monitoring company's financial health. Innovation through digitalization, business intelligence and dashboards. This position will be a pivot for Sales Support when ever is need it.
Some of the main responsabilities will be:
- Process improvement, in line with Volvo Group regulations, local standards, and accounting principles.
- Preparation and updating of the information presentation calendar aiming at process improvement.
- Follow-up on Audit Observations from Sweden and/or Internal Control
- Preparation of information requests from different areas (Transfer price, specific Accounting reports, Audit, GP details for head of commercial, etc.)
- Collaborate in the compliance of the budgets (Estimates) of the different sectors, analysis of deviations.
- Expense control and review.
- Prepare a preliminary closing so that managers can review it and provide feedback on the deviations identified versus the estimate.
- Also, assess how to handle the ODs, given that a significant portion of the billing takes place in the last few days
- Continuous improvement project: Power BI, Internal Process.
