We're looking for a Business Analyst to join the team part-time

What You Will Do:
- Be the link between users and technical development teams.
- Be responsible for identifying the business needs.
- Generate the specific functional documentation.
- Translate the requirements into requirements for development teams.
What we need you to have:
+7 yeas of experience in tech industry
+5 years of experience in business analyst or project management roles
Solid communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Ability to work closely with Product Owners and Developers
Experience creating user stories, use cases and process flows
Also a plus:
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or Trello
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proactivity, curiosity and a genuine desire to improve processes
