We are a leading multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support BSC Intern to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Team Lead, the HR Support BSC Intern will be responsible for addressing and resolving various HR-related requests through Service Now and Workday, contributing to the maintenance of service excellence within the HR operations.Accountabilities & related Activities:
Provide support and training to end-users and main stakeholders to initiate and complete Workday processes (Hires, terminations, job changes, compensation changes, etc.)
Assist with data entry & validation, log-in issues, process questions, and corrections.
Run and validate data quality reports, initiate corrections, or send them to the relevant stakeholder to ensure a high level of data quality
Run and distribute standard reports
Support the CoE HR Digital Systems in testing and data entry
Generate employment confirmation letters

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (3rd or 4th year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
