They work with businesses of all sizes, especially those new to video advertising, to create and manage powerful campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Build and oversee client brand strategies with a focus on long-term impact
Act as the client’s go-to partner, understanding their goals and becoming part of their "company family"
Coordinate with designers to ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and strategy
Stay on top of market and cultural trends to bring innovative ideas to the table
Use project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain a balance of friendly, honest, and professional communication with clients
Must-haves
5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing coordination, or creative account management
Has experience with direct contact with clients
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong project management skills (Notion, Asana, or similar tools)
Proactive mindset—you suggest improvements before being asked
Ability to form strong human relationships and be perceived as a trusted advisor
Visual communication or branding knowledge
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing campaigns
Nice-to-haves
Experience in a creative agency environment
Have worked as a leader in the past
