What You Will Do:
- Manage outbound mails from customer and sales specialts
- Must possess solid problem solving & interpersonal skill
- Maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, Ecolab representatives, tools and systems
- Utilizes the appropriate application tools and available resources to manage workload and complete assigned duties ensuring commitments are delivered on time
- Actively strives to achieve goals/objectives
- Full time employee: 10 to 19
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in process
- Microsoft office software experience
- Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focused
- Problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time
- Advanced level of English
