About the Role:
We are looking for an Automation Engineer/Developer with hands-on expertise in the Ignition SCADA platform to join an international team working on industrial automation and control system solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Ignition SCADA platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable automation solutions.
- Integrate SCADA with external systems and data sources.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes.
- Document technical solutions and workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Ignition SCADA.
- Solid background in industrial automation and control systems.
- Proficiency in Python or scripting languages used in SCADA environments.
- Strong understanding of PLC communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, MQTT.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud-based industrial solutions.
- Prior experience working in manufacturing or energy sectors.
