Quien ocupe la posición, tendrá la responsabilidad de garantizar la calidad e inocuidad del producto terminado dentro del sector de Elaboración, a través del cumplimiento de normas y estándares establecidos por la empresa.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Realizar entrenamiento a todos los lideres de la operación en conceptos de calidad, gestión de calidad y GMP. Conformar el diálogo semanal de calidad
Asegurar que todas las operaciones y procesos del sector de Elaboración se desarrollen de forma tal que garanticen la Calidad e Inocuidad del Producto terminado, utilizando las herramientas y normas definidas y adoptadas por la compañía para elaborar un producto totalmente satisfactorio para el consumidor.
Realizar validaciones de limpieza, liderar temas relacionado con sanitariedad y GMP (probar y/o desarrollar nuevos agentes de limpieza y /o metodologías de limpieza CIP).
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas GMP vigentes y los estándares correspondientes de calidad de los productos.
Redactar y revisar los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (POE) propios del sector.
Participar en la realización de las investigaciones de desvíos, controles y sistemas que pudieran afectar la calidad de los productos y llevar el registro de seguimiento de las acciones derivadas de los mismos.
Implementar HACCP (Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control) implica un enfoque sistemático para identificar, evaluar y controlar peligros que puedan afectar la calidad de nuestros productos.
