APM Oncología - Mar de Plata o Bahia Blanca
El Representante de Ventas Oncología actuará como Gerente de Cuentas Clave en el área, siendo responsable de impulsar la identificación de pacientes y el desarrollo de mercado en su territorio. Su objetivo principal es cumplir con las metas de tratamiento, mediante la implementación de estrategias comerciales enfocadas en cuentas y clientes, utilizando un enfoque omnicanal para generar relaciones sólidas y efectivas con los profesionales de la salud.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para identificar pacientes, ampliar el mercado y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas en su territorio.
- Gestionar cuentas clave, incluyendo la planificación y ejecución de negocios a través de un enfoque omnicanal, alineado con las preferencias de los clientes.
- Establecer relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud, líderes de opinión y otras partes interesadas dentro del sistema de atención médica.
- Analizar datos de mercado y de desempeño comercial para ajustar estrategias y maximizar los resultados en términos de ventas y tratamiento.
- Coordinar con equipos cross funcionales (marketing, acceso, medical, finanzas) para optimizar la efectividad comercial.
- Liderar negociaciones y actividades de persuasión con clientes y partes interesadas, garantizando un enfoque colaborativo y de confianza.
Calificaciones del Cargo:
- Profesional universitario
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas en oncología.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y orientación a resultados.
- Conocimiento básico de inglés para interactuar en eventos internacionales y manejar información científica/formativa.
- Dominio de herramientas de software como Microsoft Excel, Power BI y CRM.
- Capacidad de liderazgo multifuncional, influencia persuasiva y habilidades de negociación en entornos comerciales complejos.
