Description and Requirements
We are looking for Web Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and help build, test, and optimize email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of email marketing principles, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript, along with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and visually appealing email templates using HTML, CSS, and Bluecore’s platform.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Ensure email compatibility across devices and email clients through thorough testing.
- Maintain and update existing email templates and modules.
- Stay current with email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues and optimize performance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in email development or front-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for interactive elements.
- Experience working with Bluecore or similar email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and personalization.
- Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market trends.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in email.
- Basic understanding of analytics and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
