In Buenos Aires, Argentina, within the Service Delivery Management field, we are actively seeking a Senior Demand Manager / Delivery Coordinator to strengthen our team for a high-volume client. This role is pivotal in aligning talent demand with project needs, ensuring an agile and efficient staffing process across LATAM. You will be joining a fast-paced, client-facing team that collaborates closely with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and multiple business units. The team is committed to optimizing the talent supply chain, ensuring timely responses to client needs, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
This is you
- Proven experience in Demand Planning & Management — identifying, assessing, and prioritizing talent needs across projects.
- Skilled in Staffing & Delivery Coordination, ideally in the LATAM market.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Jira, TeamTailor, or similar).
- Experience supporting interview processes, monitoring candidate pipelines, and aiding in offer negotiations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience managing stakeholders.
- Fluent English for regional and global interactions.
- Solid business acumen to align staffing priorities with client and project needs.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Previous experience in high-volume staffing environments.
- Residency in Buenos Aires.
- Familiarity with Argentine financial sector and clients.
This is your role
- Partner with Delivery to identify and assess talent demand across departments and projects.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate profile requirements with Delivery and Talent Acquisition.
- Track progress on candidate submissions and update internal tools (Jira, TeamTailor).
- Coordinate interviews, support offer negotiations, and ensure smooth candidate experiences.
- Communicate changes or updates in demand to all stakeholders.
- Ensure operational efficiency and maintain a strong results-oriented focus to meet client satisfaction targets.
- Act as the key liaison between Delivery and Talent Acquisition for a high-volume client in Argentina/LATAM.
