Talent Acquisition Principal – UK & EU Delivery Talent

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition Principal – UK & EU Delivery Talent to lead our end-to-end recruitment operations in the UK and help shape the future of Parser’s growing team. This role will directly manage hiring processes, ensure the cultural and delivery alignment of nearshore/offshore talent supporting UK and US clients, and oversee onboarding across the UK team. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our talent base while maintaining Parser’s high standards of fit, quality, and impact.
In this role, you will take direct ownership of hiring exceptional talent for Parser across the UK and EU. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier candidates, while acting as a strategic gatekeeper for our culture and delivery standards. You will lead the recruitment of key roles personally, ensuring Parser hires individuals with not only the right skills, but also the communication style, values, and mindset to succeed in our fast-moving environment. Particular focus will be given to recruiting EU-based talent who will work on UK client projects, with you ensuring they bring the professionalism and cultural fit expected by our UK stakeholders.
You will work closely with company leadership, hiring managers, and delivery teams to ensure our recruitment efforts meet both immediate staffing needs and long-term talent planning goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End UK Recruitment
- Personally manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UK-based roles across product, data, consulting, and operations.
- Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing of top-tier UK talent.
- Build efficient, consistent hiring pipelines that match Parser’s quality bar and business timelines.
2. Gatekeeper for Nearshore/Offshore Talent Serving UK & US Clients
- Screen and approve candidates from the EU and other regions who will support our UK and US clients.
- Evaluate candidates for communication skills, professionalism, and alignment with Parser’s cultural and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with delivery and client leads to understand upcoming needs and proactively source aligned talent.
3. UK Onboarding Management
- Manage onboarding processes in close collaboration with the People team processes for new UK hires to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Partner with operations, IT, and team leads to deliver smooth, well-integrated onboarding.
- Serve as the first cultural ambassador for new joiners, setting the tone for performance, ownership, and collaboration.
