We are more than 2.500 employees in our BA Global Business Center. We are a team of 150 employees who work in the Tax compliance, Audit, and advisory space. We are always looking for ways to enhance what we do. We do this by fully understanding tax regulations, different business scenarios and leveraging tools to innovate.
Working in Americas Tax from Buenos Aires, you will have challenging assignments involving compliance, audit and advisory activities for North America and Argentina.
We are also part of a global team and work side-by-side with U.S. & Canada colleagues.

What role you will play in your team
- As a Systems Analyst supporting the Global Tax organization, you will play a key role in collecting, processing and transforming data into actionable insights. You will work with large datasets, automate processes, and develop analytics solutions that support compliance, audit, and advisory activities across North America and Argentina.
- You will receive training and mentorship to develop your technical and business skills, and you will collaborate with global teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
- The role is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows using SQL, Snowflake scripting, and Alteryx.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with tax and business teams to understand data needs, deliver impactful analytics solutions and provide maintenance support.
- Automate manual processes and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support data governance and ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance data capabilities within the team
About you
- You are passionate about working with data and solving complex problems.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy transforming data into insights.
- You are proficient in SQL and have experience with Snowflake and Alteryx
- Advanced English and can communicate fluently.
- Enjoy working in teams and collaborating across functions.
- adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence (Power BI), workflow automation through Nintex Cloud, process automation through Python or other versatile programing language is a plus.
