COP 4.5M - 4.7M/month.
Location:
Remote for Colombia, Brasil, Paraguay, México, Chile, Perú, Guatemala, Belice, Jamaica, Honduras, República Dominicana, and Argentina residents.

- You have 2+ years of experience in information technology.
- You are proficient in Linux Operating System, network Security, cloud Computing, and systems Engineering.
- English - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, O365, Exchange, SQL, Azure, SharePoint).
- Implement and support servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and mobile devices.
- Administer networks (VPNs, routers, firewalls, switches, security).
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
- Install/configure applications and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of SonicWALL, virtualization, server hardware, Microsoft Online Services, and Linux.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and multitasking.
- Recommended certifications: MCSE, MCSA, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA A+/Network+.
