Liaise with the OCEO customer to understand and propose solutions

Makes sure all the technical pieces fit together across teams, systems, and platforms. Looks beyond just individual tasks to ensure everything aligns with the overall business and technical strategy and addresses architectural risks.

Acts as the bridge between business needs and tech execution. While product managers know what the business wants, and developers/engineers know how to build, the SA ensures that what’s being built is scalable, secure, and sustainable.

Responsible for close partnership with Tech Arch throughout the solution phase. Ongoing alignment needed with Delivery Lead and Product Owner.

Provides the architectural runway that guides all scrum team development

Responsible for overall solution security

Lead small POC when applicable, e.g. try something based on outputs from workshop
