Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including user setup, permissions, roles, page layouts, and Lightning UI improvements.

  • Design and implement scalable Flow automations, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative solutions to streamline business processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a problem-solving mindset, minimizing business disruption.

  • Partner with developers and IT to support and improve integrations with SAP and other external systems.

  • Work with stakeholders and manage work intake and backlog using Jira or a similar ticketing tool.

  • Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring compliance with governor limits and Salesforce best practices.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports; analytics experience (e.g., Einstein/Tableau CRM) is a major plus.

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into solution designs.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Strong expertise in Flow, automation tools, and declarative development.

  • Experience with SAP or ERP system integrations preferred.

  • Proficient in platform fundamentals including data modeling, sharing & security, and platform limits.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot issues across systems.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and order of operations.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills; comfortable working independently.

  • Experience with Jira and agile environments.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred.

  • Analytics experience a strong plus.
