As a Strategy Integration Senior Manager for Argentina & Uruguay, you will be responsible for supporting and challenging this region while collaborating with South Cone countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia & Paraguay) in implementing the strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level.
What You’ll Do for Us
Be the Strategy partner to Argentina & Uruguay Frontline Team (Franchise, Commercial, Marketing, RGM, Finance, etc.) for all categories (Sparkling Soft Drinks, Water, Juices, etc.). Responsible for finding opportunities or course correction of “where to play” and “how to win” and to anticipate potential impacts of competition on our business performance.
Orchestrate the Long-Range Planning (5 year) process across the system and lead the key results target setting and insights sharing.
Participate, with a key role, in the Annual Business Plan process: align and contribute to the overall strategy, roadshows, insights sessions, strategy and forecast key business results (in coordination with Finance and other relevant functions).
Support leadership agendas by suggesting and ensuring alignment of hot topics and setting the agenda.
Maximize the network with other Strategy teams and vendors to deliver key insights to the local business. Develop deep dives to identify granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives at local level.
Develop actionable and compelling commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives.
Use a fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies, and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy with actionable commercial levers.
Strategic Project Management.
Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas both locally in the Operating Unit and globally.
Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or related.
7+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Business Intelligence or other related areas.
Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
Experience working with external providers, such as Nielsen, Scanntech, Kantar Worldpanel and/or Euromonitor is a plus.
Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.
Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a nice-to-have
Strong influence, communication and negotiation skills to align strategies, as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (often directly with Bottlers and Company leadership).
Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging at all levels of the System.
Comfortable with indirect influence and indirect managing/coordinating.
Capable of working and adapting within a multi-cultural environment.

Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are a must have. Power BI and other Data Analytics tools will be a plus.
Organization and focus: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.
Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
Systemic thinking: Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
