In Argentina, we are actively seeking a Senior Angular Engineer to strengthen our frontend capabilities and help scale robust digital experiences. While this is a remote-first role, we prioritize candidates located in Buenos Aires or Córdoba, as our teams hold weekly in-person collaboration and team-building meetings in these cities.
This is you
- 4+ years of experience with Angular (or 3+ with solid expertise in other frameworks).
- Proficient in Module Federation and Lazy Loading for scalable application architecture.
- Deep understanding of Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience working with Webpack for code bundling and optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS services, particularly CloudFront and CloudFormation.
- Solid understanding of state management, caching, and performance tuning.
- Able to analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical problems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience building CX portals or enterprise-grade web apps.
- Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
- Exposure to infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in distributed teams.
This is your role
- Design, build, and maintain frontend architecture using Angular, Node.js, and modern web tooling.
- Lead the implementation of Module Federation, Lazy Loading, and Webpack optimizations.
- Ensure the technical quality and scalability of a high-impact CX portal.
- Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver high-value features.
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical strategy.
- Contribute to deployment and monitoring efforts using AWS tools.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
