Monks is looking for a detail-obsessed and creatively driven Semi Senior Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be at the intersection of creativity, production, and adaptability—supporting brands with standout assets and integrated visuals that cut through the noise across digital platforms. From social to web to always-on content, you’ll help bring campaigns to life through engaging design and multimedia storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver projects on agreed timelines to support team and client success.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines across accounts and internal teams with sharp organizational skills.
- Adapt and evolve existing brand visuals or create new ones from scratch when needed.
- React quickly to creative opportunities—tailoring ideas for real-time social media engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Team to co-create concepts for always-on content.
- Localize visual assets (videos, images) in accordance with brand and regional guidelines.
- Design and build integrated multimedia assets—manipulating graphics, images, sound, animation, video, and text for digital platforms and websites.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar creative role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia design projects across digital, social, and web.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
- Experience localizing and adapting content for global brands is a plus.
