Provide 2nd-level support via ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to ensure the effective delivery of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) lifecycle services for VA IDs, meeting customer business needs and expectations.
Troubleshoot issues related to the creation, deletion, and updating of VA accounts.
Monitor and investigate associated platforms to ensure continuous performance and issue resolution.
Create and maintain environment configurations, ensure data consistency, and document processes.
Develop and improve tools to support lifecycle events within the IGA framework."
