We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join a high-performing, multi-team setup in a regulated industry environment. You’ll enable the success of Salesforce-related initiatives by championing agile practices, resolving delivery blockers, and coaching teams through continuous improvement cycles.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
🌀 Agile Facilitation & Delivery Support
- Guide 2–3 cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
📈 Team Coaching & Process Improvement
- Support the team’s growth in agile maturity, promoting best practices and adaptive frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to align delivery with business value.
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset across teams and stakeholders.
🔒 Regulated Industry Environment
- Help teams navigate compliance-heavy environments where documentation and process rigor are essential.
- Act as a delivery enabler between stakeholders in regulated and unregulated business segments.
- Support the flow of work across Salesforce-related CRM initiatives (no specific cloud required).
🎯 Required Qualifications & Experience
✅ Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing blockers for multiple squads.
- Practical knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead delivery cycles for CRM or Salesforce-based projects (cloud agnostic).
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, finance, telecom, healthcare).
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, technical teams, and business units.
- Fluent or upper-intermediate English for daily team communication and facilitation.

- Experience supporting product teams managing CRM ecosystems.
- Background in helping organizations shift from IT-led to business-led agile models.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector.
