We’re seeking a Solution Engineer/Business Analyst with deep experience in Salesforce CPQ, process automation, and enterprise integration to support ongoing improvements to the Lead-to-Order lifecycle for a global enterprise. You’ll play a key role in implementing enhancements across multiple Salesforce clouds, ensuring monthly delivery of key features.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
⚙ Salesforce CPQ & Lead-to-Order Enhancements
• Lead configuration and delivery of Salesforce CPQ improvements, averaging 1–3 features per month.
• Design and implement optimized processes for quoting, opportunity management, and order creation.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of Flows, standard/custom objects, and declarative tools.
🔗 Platform Integration & Data Architecture
• Integrate Salesforce with platforms such as D365, RevPro, billing, and invoicing systems.
• Ensure consistency and security in data sharing, record-level access, and system handoffs.
• Support clean architecture, data integrity, and governance alignment across platforms.
🧠 Solution Design & Optimization
• Configure and optimize standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Advise on performance, scalability, and governor limits.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, specs, and data maps.
🎯 Required Qualifications & Experience
✅ Must-Have:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Order processes.
• Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, sharing models, page layouts, and Lightning components.
• Experience delivering monthly Salesforce enhancements or continuous releases.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with systems like D365, RevPro, billing or invoicing tools.
• Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and process automation best practices.
• Experience managing Salesforce deployments using change sets or DevOps tools.
✨ Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with Apex triggers/classes (for advisory purposes).
• Experience in multi-system enterprise environments.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Admin, Platform App Builder).
