What's the opportunity?
- As our Reporting Accountant, you will join the Consolidation & Reporting team and will play a vital role in analyzing and reporting on critical financial data for our rapidly growing global payments technology company. Work with large-scale datasets and collaborate with stakeholders to drive information decision-making
What will you be doing?
- Prepare Financial Reports: Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of results for monthly reporting to C-Level executives.
- Perform Variance Analysis: Conduct regular in-depth analysis of consolidated revenue, costs, operating expenses, financial results, and taxes to ensure accurate reporting by P&L line, line of service, or region.
- Collaborate with Subsidiaries: Engage with finance teams from various subsidiaries to resolve discrepancies and ensure consistent and accurate reporting across the group.
- Improve Reporting Processes: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in data management and reporting.
- Support Audit Processes: Provide comprehensive support to both internal and external audit teams throughout the audit process.
What skills do you need?
- Bachelor of Accounting or a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting teams, where analysis, reporting, and experience in the reporting area are valued.
- General understanding of IFRS.
- SAP Experience is a must.
- Advanced Excel user, experience using Power BI is a plus.
- Experience using ERPs, and Lucanet or other consolidation tools is a plus.
- Ability to quickly prioritize in a constantly evolving environment.
- Familiarity with Group-level reporting packages.
- Experience with consolidations, subsidiaries, and international offices is a big plus.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
*For people based in Montevideo (Uruguay), 55% of the monthly attendance at the office is required. This requirement does not apply to IT and Fraud roles.
