PTP Global Solution Champion, your new opportunity?

As a PTP Global Solution Champion you will design, build, monitor and improve end to end processes independently, with a strong continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for decdicated processes for Procure to Pay with a global scope, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures under the guidance of the GSE PTP/GSO Nucleus.

This position is open to candidates from any of our 3 GBS locations (Buenos Aires - Budapest - Kuala Lumpur)

Main responsibilities:

Solution Partnering

• Advice and coach GBS and procurement local teams in efficient usage of PTP processes and tools
• Design and update PTP specific training requirements and materials in cooperation with PtP teams
• Deliver PTP specific trainings
• Propose Solution Design linked to PTP Roadmap Project /Initiatives
• Act as deputy of GSE PTP in SoD management & IMT small demand validation

Solution performance & improvement management

• Identify and implement improvements for PTP processes and solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for process and system issues.
• Ensure adherence to global standards and target operating models across GBS centers and Procurement.
• Act as process expert and audit contact point during internal & external PTP audits
• Maintain and update relevant process documentation in knowledge management tools.
• Drive implementation of major system changes and participate in complex global projects.
• Collaborate with operational teams and GBS Centers to enhance processes and solutions.
• Monitor market trends and provide relevant insights to GSE/GSO.
• Partner on integration projects to design solutions based on process assessments.
• Lead system testing and coordinate tests related to IM&S PTP system changes.

Budget management

• Outline the cost and resource requirements for process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare inputs for the IT annual tactical plan based on the needs of regional operations.
• Support GSE PTP by facilitating the annual prioritization of projects and initiatives, which involves collecting feedback from regional stakeholders and prioritizing enhancement requests

You?

• Diploma: University degree preferable in business administration
• Languages: Fluent in English, additional language knowledge in French, Spanish or German preferred
• Professional experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in PTP systems, Procurement or Finance operational management knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MS office for analysis, decision making and presentation skills
• Expert and Hands on experience with large ERP system(s), SAP, Ariba preferred
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in Givaudan PTP organization is beneficial
• Six Sigma/ Lean Green Belt certified preferred
• SAP Expert Functional PTP knowledge is a must
• Willingness to travel (~ 30%)
